This week full of Yoga, sun, beach and amazing company will rebooth your energy. No matter if you are an experienced Yoga student or just want to try out if Yoga is for you, everyone will find this Retreat to be just a perfect fit. Our personal experienced Yoga teacher will take us to an inner journey at least two times per day. Our days will be full of great healthy food, recharging Yoga and meditation lessons, pleasent spa treatments and free time to relax at the beach. The Elements Boutique Resort in Koh Samui is a 4* spa hideway and very much focused on giving their guest the most relaxing time possible. The beach is an oasis of natural beauty and located southwest of Koh Samui which is just far enough away from the hustle of bars and shopping malls. If you like to be active, then try out the Hotels's amazing fitness center or just run along the beautfiul sandy beach. You rather just relax? Try a traditional Thai massage and enjoy the new gained energy while doing a gentle Yoga evening class with the group.

Language: Lessons will be in English, the group however most probably will be German speaking (including tour guide and founder Barbara Morf)

Barbara Morf

Barbara is the founder of Leading Retreats and has been enjoying Retreats herself for many years. She's practicing Yoga every week and has already accompanied our last Yoga Retreat in February which took place in India. She has been working in hospitality for over 25 years and also been trained as a life coach. Barbara will join the group from Zurich to Koh Samui and will be here if you have any questions during your time at the Resort.

2 Bedroom Beachfron Villa: All Garden Villas are available with a choice of private pool or Jacuzzi. These cool and spacious (80-100 SqM) villas come with their own private courtyards and fresh water plunge pool or Jacuzzi (upon request).
