If relaxation is measurable, then it will also be trainable. Biofeedback is a medical instrument, which can measure your relaxation & regeneration capability accurately. Every person is different and therefore reacts differently to stress. In a biofeedback measurement, you find out how you react physically and mentally to stress. Subsequent written evaluation of the measurement will show you what you can easily change to better recharge.


In biofeedback training, you will learn your own vital values (cardiovascular system, muscles, respiration, skin conductance) and how to effectively influence it - without tools! Mental coaching sessions help to handle and avoid stressful situations. It lets you identify recurring patterns and thoughts and supports you in all changes in Work & Life situations.
